Founders of  the O2 Collective and Breathe Me, award winning authors, professional breathing coachesinternational speakers, and hosts of The Breathing Edge Podcast.

Shane served for 13 years in the Australian Defense Force where he trained military divers, tactical assault experts, and top military performers in mind-body self-regulation.   He also assisted them, and himself, in successfully completing the SAS selection course. 

Angie has a strong background in both performance and production, honed during her time in the Hollywood entertainment industry. She excelled both in front of the camera and behind the scenes as a junior production coordinator, where high performance standards were essential for both personal and professional success.

Shane and Angie joined forces in Australia, not only in marriage but also in their professional lives. Together, they are building ways to help people experience and implement these multi-disciplinary techniques for improving health, wellbeing, and performance.
