About the Courses

Here are the time durations of each course:

• Breathwork Fundamentals - 9 hours
• Advanced Fundamentals - 5 hours
• Breathing Science - 15 hours

• Breathwork Fundamentals: Learn multiple perspectives from around the world and understand the fundamental principles that underpin every breathing technique, PLUS observe how Dan facilitates breathwork sessions after 50+ years of doing it.
• Advanced Fundamentals: Learn the process that an individual goes through in a breathwork experience and how to hold space effectively.
• Breathing Science: Learn the science behind breathwork through the lens of behavioral psychology with Dr. Peter Litchfield. Get all the tools you need to practically apply what you learn in the course.

Our intention is that by combining these courses, you’ll gain a strong foundation for breathwork in both philosophy and science, allowing you to confidently design and facilitate sessions for anyone.
